No other children's program has stood the test of time as well as Sesame Street. It's the one show that I watched as a child that still captivates my kids today. My 6 year old went through his Sesame Street phase (more specifically, his Elmo phase) when he was a toddler. Coincidentally, his first birthday just happened to fall on the same day Elmo was celebrating his own big day at Sesame Place. We packed him up in the car and made the trek so he could party with his favorite furry monsters.
Fast forward several years later, and it's now my youngest who's the Sesame Street fan in the family. Elmo, Grover and Bert & Ernie are all very much loved! When Sesame Street Live came to the Hershey Theatre last winter, we knew we had to take him. Dancing, music, and interactive larger than life characters made for a great experience. He loved it! We're looking forward to taking him again next month when Sesame Street Live: Make a New Friend comes to town January 20th through the 22nd.
