For all those interested in the changes coming to the pool at the Hershey Lodge, we have an update!
The new pool complex will include a Zero Entry Pool, Twizzlers Twist Slides, Reese's Water Walk, a Water Play Structure, and a Splash Pad. Other new additions to the Lodge include a Game Room and new Fitness Center.

When will the new Hershey's Water Works open?
The new pool complex is anticipated to open for Memorial Day weekend next year.

The current pool will close after Labor Day and will remain closed throughout the winter.

The hours for the new pool have not yet been determined. Hours for the current lap pool are 6:30am to 10:30pm.
Will Water Works be opened year-round or seasonally?
The new attraction will be open year-round.
(The promotional poster shows a small outdoor pool. Macaroni Kid was unable to receive clarification if this particular pool will be heated, if this small portion of Water Works will be seasonal, or if it's simply an artist rendering on what might be included.)

The Water Works complex will only be open to Lodge Guests.
Despite the plan for no day passes, this may be a great opportunity for a staycation! Kids would love a weekend "away" during the off-season winter months when rates are more affordable and the crowds have gone home!
