The Transition from Diapers to Underwear with Pampers Easy Ups

By Sponsored Advertising Content September 16, 2016
The transition from diapers to the potty is a big deal for young children (and parents!).  Wearing "big boy/girl" underwear and using the potty can be a rewarding experience for toddlers, and no more diaper changes can be a relief to parents!  But we all know the process can be a struggle.  I'm slightly envious of those parents who's children catch on in a weekend or who proclaim one day they want to use the potty and they never look back.  These cases are more the exception, not the rule.  The reality for most of us consists of rewards, promises, and lots and lots of candy (or stickers or toys or WHATEVER ends up working!)

Pampers wants to help make the process a bit easier with their new and improved Pampers Easy Ups Training Underwear!  Little ones will feel like they're wearing "big kid underwear" when they make the switch to Pampers Easy Ups.  They look and feel like underwear, with a soft, cottony feel and a 360 degree stretchy waistband.  Toddlers will have no problem pulling them up and down by themselves as they navigate the tricky waters of "underwear training."  Pampers is realistic though and realizes that it's not an easy journey for all kids.  Accidents will happen!  The Extra Absorb Channels save the day, providing incredible leak protection.  Even kiddos on the go are covered with Dual Leak-Guard Barriers around the legs.  And when it's really needed, the sides tear easily for a quick and mess-free removal.

Last week, parents and their potty-training children joined Hershey to Elizabethtown Macaroni Kid for a Pampers Easy Ups Underwear Training Party at The Hershey Story.  Parents were introduced to the benefits of Pampers Easy Ups, and were provided tips and tricks on the underwear training process that they could easily implement at home.  The graphic below highlights some of the points that were shared.  Fun games and activities were used to excite the toddlers about starting this exciting journey.  All of our party-goers left with a bucket of goodies including an underwear training rewards chart, fun stickers, The Underwear Book by Jack Parr, a filled treat jar to motivate them in the potty training process, and a pack of Pampers Easy Ups Training Underwear.  Of course, a party wouldn't be a party without cake!  The Pantry Café provided yummy cupcake treats for all the kids.
