Join Jen Angeles, owner of 2Fab Fitness Studio, for a fun family dance fitness session at the library. No tricky dance steps, just lots of moving and grooving to some fun music!
Through Jen’s journey with weight loss she became a personal trainer and fell in love with leading fitness classes. Her mission is to help people learn simple ways to integrate exercise into their everyday lives in ways that challenge them, while also having fun. She is a supporter and a motivator while helping you achieve your goals, and brings a contagious energy to her classes.
In addition to a lifetime of experiencing learning to be the healthiest version of herself, Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer with American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition.
